Complaints and exchanges

Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you have the option of returning the purchased items, and you are entitled to a replacement of the item or a refund.

We reserve the right, despite your request, not to replace the desired product if, at the time of return, the stock of the item wanted for replacement has been shipped. In this case, your money will be refunded.

Within 14 days of picking up the package, please inform us that you are withdrawing from the contract (via e-mail or post mail) and return the product to our address within 14 days: Enefis doo, Ljubljanska cesta 45, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia.

The item you want to return or replace must be intact and free from visible traces of use. It must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all the accessories provided. Otherwise, the claim will be rejected or partially resolved.

The shipment must be accompanied by a completed and printed complaint form and a printed invoice, which you receive upon receipt of the product by e-mail. Handwritten forms will not be considered.

Complaints

If your electronic item is not working properly, you can claim a reclamation. We have a 12-month warranty on all electronic devices in our offer.

Claiming the item is not possible in the case of:

  • Physical damage to the item,
  • wear and tear due to the use of the item,
  • errors due to incorrect, inappropriate and negligent use of the item.

If you have a complaint, please send the product to: Enefis doo, Ljubljanska cesta 45, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia.

The shipping cost is on the sender’s side. We will not accept the ransom shipment.

In case the shipment of the advertised item will not be accompanied by the required documents (completed complaint form and invoice), the complaint will not be considered.

The complaint will be resolved within 14 working days of receipt of your shipment.
